In the past year, they have performed well in handling the situation related to activities of crimes, smuggling and commercial fraud at sea, and maintaining the exchange of information on happenings on the land and sea borders. Units have notified each other about foreign ships violating Vietnam's waters.

The three provinces will continue to improve the efficiency of management and protection of land and sea border, prevent and combat illegal acts in the contiguous areas. They will closely coordinate with the local forces to widely propagate the people to strictly observe the State's laws and local regulations.
