Truc Lam pagoda on Tran island |
The pagoda covers more than 2.2 hectares, comprising 22 main and auxiliary structures designed in the architectural style of the Tran Dynasty between the 13th and 15th century.
Tran island spans over 4.6 square kilometers and is located 45 kilometers from Co To island district.
Due to its strategic position in terms of national security, defense, and territorial integrity, it holds a significance comparable to Truong Sa (Spratly) in the central province of Khanh Hoa.
