Mr. Phong said in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, young Vietnamese people need to be more creative and innovative and prepare more skills : "One of the important skills in the 4th Industrial Revolution is foreign language proficiency. Each of us need to be fluent in one language like English which is now a global language. You should also prepare soft socials skills."
Phong said the Youth Union is promoting international cooperation and supporting young people in starting their business: “We have diverse activities to help young people improve their knowledge and experience and provide them with legal and capital assistance. We have launched channels to connect startup projects and connect young startups with investors."
