The latest vaccine batch is supplied by the COVAX Facility via the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
The Ministry of Health will continue to distribute the vaccines to all agencies and localities as part of efforts to speed up Vietnam’s mass vaccination program.
According to Minister Long, the ministry has been negoatiating to secure other sources of vaccines and taking comprehensive measures to ensure safe vaccination.
