At the launch ceremony in Hanoi on Thursday, Nguyen Quang Vinh, Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), said the annual program aims to promote the development of a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive business community.

Vinh, who is also Chairman of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development, said this year’s event coincides with the 10th anniversary of the initiative and marks 10 years to implement the CSI program.

“The CSI has always been updated and the Vietnamese business community has begun to familiarize itself with this index. By coordinating with experts and relevant agencies, the updated index has been designed for micro and small enterprises to encourage broader participation and make more inclusive contributions to society,” Vinh told media.
