Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan said this year, the theme “Accelerating change” for the World Water Day, "The future of weather, climate, and water across generations” for World Meteorological Day, and “The biggest hour for earth” for Earth Hour are closely linked with one another. The weather, climate and water cycle know no borders.

Nhan said it’s time for change to ensure global goals on weather, water resources, and climate change. He called on the international community to act and show their roles and responsibilities in response to natural disasters and climate change and make a visible difference by changing the way water is used, exploited, and managed in daily life.
