The forum's aim was to restore tourism while ensuring the health and safety of tourists. Forum delegates presented solutions to revive the tourism market and make it easier for travel companies to satisfy tourists' needs.

Nguyen Cong Hoan, Head of the Communications Department of the Vietnam Tourism Association and General Director of the Flamingo Redtour Joint Stock Company, said: “We should cooperate so that stimulus programs can be deployed nationwide. Vietnam’s tourism and services infrastructure is large. It used to serve both domestic and foreign markets, but now it mainly serves the domestic market. We call on travel companies, airlines, service providers, and local governments to join the stimulus programs. Local governments should take the lead on this.”

At the forum, Flamingo signed a cooperation agreement and a memorandum of understanding with the MICE Vietnam Travel Club and the Vietnam Tourism Stimulus Alliance to promote tourism products in 2021.
