 Lawmakers speed up e-Government building |
Participants to the event, hosted by the National Assembly Standing Committee, stressed the importance of building an e-Government, given the fast-growing IT industry and the 4.0 industrial revolution.
“Reforming our performance will help improve productivity and solidify our society in light of the 4th industrial revolution. Improved legislation and policies will create greater momentum for national industrialization and modernization,” Phan Xuan Dung, Chairman of the National Assembly Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, told the workshop. The Ministry of Information and Communications is working closely with lawmakers to consolidate the legal basis for IT application in state agencies.
