Marital relationship: Mr. Nguyen Minh Van (Nguyễn Văn Minh) and Ms. Le Thanh Thao are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
The two have neither children nor shared assets.
The Court also ruled on Court fee and other procedure fees.
Ms. Le Thanh Thao has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Nguyen Minh Van (Nguyễn Văn Minh) to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
