Notice from Dong Thap provincial Court to Quach Hieu Khoi, Le Thuy Van Tram, and Quach Hieu Khang

(VOVWORLD) - The Dong Thap provincial court People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Quach Hieu Khoi, born in 1984, Mrs. Le Thuy Van Tram, born in 1984, and Mr. Quach Hieu Khang, born in 1991, on the case of trade-credit contract between the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, as the plaintiff, and Mr. Quach Huu Ky, owner of Huu Dung Company, as the defendant.  

Mr. Quach Hieu Khoi, Mrs. Le Thuy Van Tram, and Mr. Quach Hieu Khang reside at No. 7, 17-21 Staniey Street, Bankstown, 2200 NSW, Australia.

The trial will be held at 08:00 a.m. on November 20, 2019 at No. 19, Boulevard 30, My Phu ward, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Quach Hieu Khoi, Mrs. Le Thuy Van Tram, and Mr. Quach Hieu Khang, the court will handle the case according to Vietnamese law.
