4. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Bui Chuong Jimmy to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
