(VOVWORLD) -The first-ever Youth Survey on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was released during a ceremony in Hanoi on Friday.

Speaking at the event, UNDP Country Director in Vietnam Caitlin Wiesen underscored the role of young people in implementing and obtaining UN sustainable development goals.

She said that UNDP Vietnam wants to support young Vietnamese people to actively engage in national development.

She proposed to help improve their understanding on SGDs, create opportunities for them, and rally them in implementation.
