At Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi on Wednesday, passengers wearing uniforms of their favourite football teams boarded for flights to Russia. They shared a highly excited mood, looking forward to the moment they can live in the exciting atmosphere of the global biggest football festival.

Vietnam Television will broadcast live all 64 World Cup matches. Many major media agencies like the Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television and Vietnam News Agency have sent their reporters to Russia to cover all aspects of the tournament. The month-long FIFA World Cup will take place in 12 stadiums in Russia from Thursday.
