Workshop promotes business integrity in Vietnam

(VOVWORLD) - A workshop to enhance business sector engagement through a pledge of integrity and cooperation took place in Hanoi on Wednesday, involving more than 70 representatives of government agencies, enterprises, business associations, and social organizations.

Participants discussed the increased involvement of businesses in cooperation and collective action, thereby to promoting business integrity and group practice.

VCCI chairman Vu Tien Loc, along with representative of the British Embassy in Hanoi Stephen Taylor, and UNDP representative Caitlin Wiesen handed over certificates to 11 business associations in recognition of their  pledges to build business integrity in Vietnam.

The event was jointly organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the UN Development Programme (UNDP), and the British Embassy in Hanoi.
