Addressing the ceremony, VOV President Do Tien Sy said he hopes reporters will give a wide coverage of frontliners who are making quiet sacrifices day and night.

VOV2 reporter Thanh Luong, one of the departing members, said: “I really hope that VOV listeners will welcome the stories we bring them from the epicenter of this crisis. We hope our stories will strengthen people’s optimism and faith in better days to come.”
