On display are 20 coloured and black-and-white photos taken by VNA correspondents, some of which describe the visit to the central province of Quang Tri on September 15, 1973 by Fidel, who was then First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and Prime Minister.

Contemplating the leader’s photographs that marked historic milestones in Vietnam-Cuban friendship and cooperation, Charge d’affaires of the Cuban embassy Liurka Rodriguez Barrios described them as evidence of the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the two countries over the past 50 years.
