An MoU on this project was signed during Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s ongoing official visit to France. 

VinFast will work with EDF in providing solutions related to a public vehicle charging station network, and designing special incentives for owners of VinFast electric vehicles in France. 

VinFast is scheduled to introduce its electric vehicles, which will be sold in Europe next year, at Los Angeles Auto Show 2021 this month.

EDF is one of the world's largest electricity producers, and the largest renewable energy producer in Europe.
