The Committee said on Wednesday that the public administrative service satisfaction index of 63 provinces is in the range of 83% - 94%. Localities with high satisfaction index (90% or more) include Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Tinh, Son La, Bac Ninh and Bac Giang.

Meanwhile, the public administrative reform (PAR) index 2021 of ministries and ministerial-level agencies shows that the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Bank are at the top with an PAR index of over 90%. As for the PAR index in provinces and cities, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Da Nang are the top three.

Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra called on ministries and localities to step up administrative reform, abolish procedures that are hindering production and business development, and increase the interoperability in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. She stressed the need to renovate the one-stop-shop mechanism, improve service quality, and create linkages with the National Public Service Portal.
