Celebration of Vietnam's National Day in Germany.

Ambassador Doan Xuan Hung affirmed that the Vietnamese Party and State attach great importance to developing a strategic partnership with Germany. He called for joint efforts of the governments and peoples of both nations, especially the Vietnamese community in Germany to achieve this goal.

A similar event was held in the Canadian capital of Ottawa on Thursday with 200 people attending.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada Nguyen Duc Hoa said Vietnam has worked to contribute to world peace and abide by international law, and will continue to cooperate with other countries in dealing with common global challenges for peace and stability.
