The organizing board presented certificates and cups to 27 individuals and over 100 organisations, who have made significant contributions to the Vietnamese tourism industry.
Nguyen Cong Hoan is Deputy Director General of Hanoi Red Tour, which was awarded the Top Vietnamese Travel Agent and Outstanding Travel Agent Director title.
Hoan said: “Tourism is a sector with high growth rates and witnesses rapid changes. To maintain the titles, we will strictly follow market development with special focus on our customers. We will keep improving ourselves to meet customers’ demands and satisfy their needs.”
