Vietnam’s export of telephones, spare parts tops 17 billion USD

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam's commodity export and import turnovers in the first five months of this year reached 99 billion USD, a decrease of 1.7% from last year.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that despite difficulties caused by Covid-19, 17 commodities recorded an export turnover of above 1 billion USD each.

Export of telephones and spare parts worth 17 billion USD took the lead, followed by computers and electronic devices.

The US was Vietnam’s biggest export market in the first 5 months, followed by China, the EU, ASEAN, Japan, and South Korea.
