The 3-day events are part of the 70^th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam-Russia diplomatic ties. The biennial expo has been co-organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Zarubezh Expo JSC of Russia since 2015. This year’s event focuses on building materials, transport, energy, telecom, healthcare, education, food production and distribution, animal husbandry and aquaculture. VCCI President Vu Tien Loc said: “The Vietnam-Russia International Exhibition and the trade and investment promotion forum are key events of both countries. 200 Russian businesses operating in key areas such as hi-tech agriculture, transport, infrastructure, healthcare, and education, will visit Vietnam to discuss cooperation between the two sides.”
