During talks with President of the Supreme Court of Russia Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Lebedev on Thursday in Vladivostok, Binh said the Vietnamese Supreme People's Court is designing a number of judicial reform projects, including projects to develop precedents and expand the use of IT applications. He invited Lebedev to visit Vietnam to share experience related to judicial reform and training and judicial administrative management. Binh presented the insignia “For the Cause of the Court” to Lebedev in recognition of his great contributions to the Vietnamese court’s development.
