(VOVworld) – Vietnamese Ambassador to Ukraine Nguyen Minh Tri said Vietnamese people in Kiev are willing to work together with the municipal authority to rebuild Kresatik street in the center of Kiev.

The street was seriously damaged during “Maidan” demonstrations in February. The “Kiev today” online newspaper quoted Ambassador Minh’s saying in a meeting with Deputy Governor of Kiev Igor Nikonov on August 28.
Minh said Vietnamese people in Kiev consider Ukraine their second homeland. They desired to contribute their part in restoring Kresatik street and providing humanitarian aid to refugees from the eastern battle region.
