The films to screened are feature film “Star Master”, documentary film "Confidence in the chosen path" and "Nguyen Tat Thanh - Historical milestones”, and cartoon "Dai Hanh Emperor".

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Cinema Department to coordinate with the People's Army Cinema, Giai Phong Film Joint Stock Company, and a number of agencies to organize the film festival.
