Vietnamese culture-tourism week opens in Argentina

The event drew representatives from the embassies of many countries in Argentina, the friendship associations of both countries, the Argentina-Vietnam Culture Institute (ICAV) and many travel firms and locals. Addressing the event, a representative from the Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina introduced the history, cultural diversity and tradition of Vietnam as well as the country’s achievements. Secretary of Tourism of Santa Fe province, which is adjacent to Buenos Aires, Martin Bulos briefed participants on tourism in Santa Fe, underlining that the cultural week will promote friendship and mutual understanding between people of Argentina and Vietnam. During the event, travel firms of both countries had a chance to meet and seek partnerships. A photo exhibition was also held to introduce Vietnam.
