(VOVworld) – The beauty of the culture and landscape of Vietnam and other ASEAN countries is highlighted at the ASEAN cultural festival that opened on Saturday in Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic.

The event features showcases of the traditional Vietnamese ao dai (long dress), the conical hat, Dong Ho folk paintings, and photos of Vietnamese people earning their livelihoods. A number of traditional art performances also drew viewers: lion dances, conical hat dances, “chau van” (ceremonial singing), and “Quan ho” (love duets).
