Vietnamese consumers prioritize sustainable lifestyles: survey

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam is ahead of the global average in adopting healthy and sustainable lifestyles, according to a survey by research company GlobeScan and digital payment firm Visa.

According to the survey, 47% of respondents in Vietnam said they had supported a socially responsible company last year, against a global average of 33%.

82% said they had sought out information related to living a healthier lifestyles last year, well above the global average of 56%.

The survey, which polled 27,000 people in 27 countries and territories, also found that Vietnamese people are more curious about environment-friendly lifestyle choices. 81% said they had sought out information on how to be more green last year, against a global average of 47%.
