At Tuesday’s reception in The Hague for Institute representatives Vanessa de Oliveira and Eoud Oko, Ms. Hoa applauded the agency for helping Vietnam improve its capacity and personnel training in water management.

She said Vietnam appreciates the IHE’s role in training personnel at the Master and Doctorate level and urged continued coordination by the IHE with Vietnamese functional agencies.

The IHE representatives said they hope Vietnam and the IHE will soon sign a long-term cooperation agreement in human resource development.
