At a United Nations Security Council meeting on Monday to review the implementation of Resolution 2118, issued in 2013, on chemical weapons in Syria, Ambassador Anh highlighted technical consultations between Syria and the Technical Secretariat of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to resolve issues related to Syria’s initial declaration, and find a long term solution to the problem of chemical weapons in Syria.

The diplomat underlined the importance of international cooperation to enable this process.
