Ambassador Pham Hai Anh, Deputy Permanent Representative of Viet Nam at the United Nations Security Council called for the enforcement of international treaties on anti-proliferation and disarmament of weapons of mass destruction as well as non-prejudice to promote international cooperation and support to member states in delivering obligations.
