Goalkeeper Ho Van Y and his teammates couldn’t defend their goal against fast attack waves from Brazilian players who dominated them both physically and strategically.   

"We were very careful because Brazil is a strong opponent. Actually, scoring even one goal against them was a success. We did our best. I hope the team will keep up their morale and achieve better results in the next matches,” said coach Pham Minh Giang.

Vietnam will meet Panama on Thursday.
