(VOVworld) - Job creation is Vietnam’s top concern, said Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Doan Mau Diep at the 101st International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland yesterday. Diep said the Vietnamese Government has approved the youth employment program with the aim of building young and highly-qualified workers to meet the demands of socio-economic development. The main targets of the programs are to create jobs, improve the quality of education and training, reduce the unemployment rate, and promote vocational consultation.  Vietnam applauded the report “Giving globalization a human face” which gave an overview of the law and practice in member countries and shares experiences in the protection of fundamental principles and rights at work.
