Mr. Hung said the success of Vietnam’s revolution is attributed to the organization and leadership of the Party. He added, “Under the leadership of the Party, Vietnam successfully defeated the French colonialists. Before the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam, many movements against the French were unsuccessful. The Party was set up, mobilizing all forces and patriotic movements. The Nghe Tinh-Soviet Movement of 1930-1931 and the successful Ho Chi Minh campaign and national reunification that followed testified to the Party’s sound leadership. Another achievement of Vietnam has been the successful renewal process”.
Mr. Hung said the upcoming 13th National Party Congress is expected to create a breakthrough in Vietnam’s development.
