(VOVworld) – A workshop to promote Vietnamese agricultural products opened in New Delhi, India, on Tuesday. The event, jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), the Embassy of Vietnam in India, and the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), is part of MARD’s 2015 trade promotion program.

Addressing the event, FIEO President S.C. Ralhan said that Vietnam is an important partner of India in Southeast Asia, and that bilateral trade between the two nations has been increasing. He pledged to support Vietnamese enterprises entering the Indian market.
