Vietnam, RoK enhance cooperation in public health

(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea (RoK) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in food safety, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical equipment.

The MoU helps establish cooperative mechanism towards holding annual minister-level meeting between the two countries.

 

Speaking at a meeting on Wednesday, Vietnamese Health Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Tien said the Vietnamese government and Health Ministry welcome new and high-quality products as well as investment of Korean firms in food and pharmaceuticals.
