Assessing the market situation and long-term vision of the pharmaceutical industry, General Director of Vietnam Report Vu Dang Vinh said that 66.6% of businesses have faith in the development of the market. In the long term, the pharmaceutical and medical supply and health care markets are projected to have high growth potential.
Vietnam is in the group of countries with the fastest pharmaceutical industry growth in the world, with the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) set to reach 6-8% in 2023-2028.

According to Statista, an online platform that specializes in daa gathering and visualization, Vietnam's medical supply market revenue recorded stable growth over the years, from 922 million USD in 2016 to 1.6 billion USD this year and is predicted to reach 2.5 billion USD by 2029.
Vietnam Report says that the strong driving force of Vietnam's healthcare market includes the Government's incentives and amendments to the Pharmaceutical Law that will aid the sustainable development of the industry and orientation for the next growth phase of a business.
