Vietnam records 3,600 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday

(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that Vietnam recorded 3,591 new cases of COVID-19, raising the caseload to 11,392,859.

Vietnam ranks 12 out of 227 countries and territories in the total number of infections, while with the ratio of infections per 1 million people, Vietnam ranks 112.

In the past 24 hours, there was a sharp increase in recoveries of 14,132. The total number of cured cases so far is 10,104,180. 2 deaths from COVID-19 reported in Tay Ninh province.

As of Wednesday, 255,132,271 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered nationwide.
