During an economic discussion on Wednesday in Monaco, Christophe Gamon, Chairman of the International Committee of the Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said Vietnam has always been a destination attractive to businesses in Nice because between Nice and Vietnam, there has for a long time been a cultural attachment through the Vietnamese community in Nice.

Gamon also said that after recent high-level events in Vietnam-France relations, there is a great interest from businesses in Nice and Côte d'Azur in the Vietnamese market.

At the discussion, nearly 60 Monaco businesses learned about investment and business cooperation opportunities with Vietnam, Vietnam's tariff reduction roadmap with major trading partners, tariffs-trade port area models, tourism, pharmaceuticals, and digital economy.
