Operated under a cooperation model between the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park and SNST Finger Vina, the center aims to strengthen cooperation on microchip development between government agencies, universities, and businesses in the two countries.

Final-year university students and university graduates can register for 3-month basic training courses at the Hi-Tech Park.

Lecturers are experienced experts from SNST Finger Vina, using copyright software as a tool to design microchips.

In the first phase, the center will focus on developing qualified human resources toward building an R&D team and directly designing IC products and chips for IoT, 5G, and infotainment.
