The signing on Tuesday in Israel, attended by Vietnamese Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh and his Israeli counterpart Ofir Akunis, marked a milestone in cooperation in hi-tech agriculture, aquaculture, materials technology, health science, and renewable energy. The agreement supports joint projects, events and meetings, information exchange, and cooperation between universities in Vietnam and Israel.
