(VOV) – Vietnam follows a multilateral policy and is a friend and trusted partner with countries around the world, Deputy Minister of Defence, Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh was speaking during his reception of a delegation of military attachés from other countries in Hanoi on Wednesday.

General Vinh thanked foreign military leaders for their support to the Vietnam People’s Army. He expressed his hope that the military attachés will continue to be a bridge to make relations between the Vietnam People’s army and foreign armies a force for peace, stability, cooperation and development.
