(VOVworld) - The Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) 2017 themed ““Hanoi - Destination of Vietnam”, will take place from April 6-9 at the International Exhibition Center in Hanoi.

652 enterprises and tourism management and promotion agencies from 43 of Vietnam’s cities and provinces and 25 countries and territories have registered to exhibit at the VITM 2017. The fair hopes to attract about 60,000 visitors. The organizer has invited representatives of 15 US travel agencies headed by the US Travel Association leader with the aim to promote Vietnamese image to the American and to attract more tourists from the US.

In addition to activities in destination presentation and tourism stimulation from local exhibitors, VITM 2017 also offers contests, traditional arts performances, conferences and workshops.
