Vietnam Innovation Network in Chinese Taipei debuts

(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Innovation Network in Chinese Taipei (VIN Taiwan) was announced in Hanoi on Wednesday by Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Duy Dong and Nguyen Anh Dung, Director of the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Chinese Taipei.

Deputy Minister Dong said VIN Taiwan marks an advance by the Vietnamese intellectual community in Chinese Taipei, who have contributed to innovation inside and outside Vietnam.

Vietnam’s National Innovation Center, tasked with developing an innovation ecosystem, has worked to expand the Vietnam Innovation Network, which brings together Vietnamese intellectuals and experts around the world to promote Vietnamese science and technology. Before its expansion to Chinese Taipei, the network connected 1,000 members in 20 countries and territories, including Germany, Japan, Australia, and South Korea.
