Vietnam goes 23 straight days with no community infections of COVID-19

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded no new COVID-19 infections by Friday afternoon, leaving its total number of infections unchanged at 1,069, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

This is Vietnam’s 23rd consecutive day with no new community transmissions.

991 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered and 35 have died.
