At Monday’s reception for Alain Vidalies, French Secretary of State for Transport, Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Mr. Minh said Vietnam attaches importance to its ties with France and wants to strengthen the Vietnam-France strategic partnership in all aspects, towards a long-term vision. The Prime Minister applauded France’s policy of boosting economic cooperation with Vietnam, saying that France is a major European investor and trade partner of Vietnam.

Mr. Vidalies said he hopes the two countries will promote cooperation in civil aviation, healthcare, and education.
