One of the new patients is a 38-year-old Indian man who arrived in the country on October 22 and the other two are Vietnamese men who came on a flight from Japan earlier this week.

All three were immediately quarantined on arrival and are currently being treated at the Khanh Hoa Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Nha Trang.
Vietnam’s total count now stands at 1,210, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control. 1,069 COVID-19 patients in Vietnam have recovered and 35 have died.
