Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha (R) and Cuba’s Education Minister Jose Ramon Saborido Loidi sign the agreement.

The agreement was signed by Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha and Cuba’s Education Minister Jose Ramon Saborido Loidi during the latter’s visit to Vietnam. Both sides will directly support universities to share information regarding tertiary education and exchange lecturers, researchers, and students.

The agreement also covers the organization of post-graduate training courses, conferences, and research. The two governments and universities will offer scholarships for eligible candidates.
