They highlighted Cambodia’s achievements in recent years and expressed confidence that under King Norodom Sihamoni and the Cambodian People’s Party, led by Chairman Hun Sen, Cambodia will continue to make strong progress and successfully implement its 2023–2028 political platform.

Vietnamese leaders highlighted the steady growth of bilateral ties, reaffirming Vietnam’s commitment to working closely with Cambodia to carry out high-level agreements and further deepen the traditional friendship, for the benefit of both peoples and for peace and stability in the region and the ASEAN Community.
