Themed “Ha Long – Quang Ninh – From new angles”, the exhibition features photos of daily life, honoring the true, the good, the beautiful, and human values. Photographers have reflected modern life in Vietnam, the Vietnamese people, and the homeland’s development, often using aerial and underwater photo techniques. Vi Kien Thanh, head of the Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “The exhibition showcases creativity and the ability to use technology, such as flycams and underwater photography. All 63 provinces of Vietnam are represented.”
The biennial event reviews the status of Vietnam’s photography industry and introduces photographers’ work to the public.
